Release Notes. v 4.5.1, 23 Oct 2008

As of release 4.5.1, the significance of NMRUSDATABASE environmental variable and prediction.m_usdatabasedirw has changed: User 1H databases are now in a separate directory from the supplied databases. The supplied databases are assumed by the NMRServer to be in $NMRSOAPDIR/resources2, ie bin/resources2 or C:\Program Files\Modgraph\NMRServer\resources2, and should be read-only. User 1H database should be moved to a separate directory pointed to by $NMRUSDATABASE, and should be writable. Existing user databases can be identified by the first character of the filename being N-Z (uppercase).

A number of memory leaks have also been fixed with the DLL/lib release.
